Join Holistic Happening on Monday, December 19th for an evening of yoga, arts + crafts and healthy snacks as we make vision boards for 2017!

We'll get the creative juices flowin' by starting off with a 25 minute, athletic infused, vinyasa yoga class.
Â
Afterwards, we'll get crafty and create vision boards for the upcoming year while enjoying healthy but tasty snacks surrounded by the awesome, Holistic Happening community.

All materials will be provided (including magazines!) but you are more than welcome to bring your own as well and any special images you might want to include.

After graduating NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama, Kayla decided to follow her passion for fitness. Her goal is to inspire other young professionals to lead their healthiest and happiest life through fitness and self improvement.
She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and completed her 200-hour Yoga certification at Yoga Vida. Her fitness blog, Kayla in the City, was recently featured on Teen Vogue.
More often than not you can find her sweating it out in a group fitness class or swinging through the air on the flying trapeze. Seriously.
Leslie McDonald is a holistic health and wellness coach, currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She holds BA and MSPC degrees from Clark
University, where she met her best friend and husband, Ryan. Her approach to wellness does not just focus on the foods you eat, but also on the relationships you have, your career choices and physical activity.
You can find her most mornings before the sun rises at yoga or working out, at home cooking with her husband, at the dog park with her rescue dog, Sadie, or starting the day with a green smoothie in one hand and dark chocolate in the other.
